The Mud Dogs got their start by winning the 1998 Minnesota State County Fair Talent Contest. They were a featured performer on the MN Grandstand stage in front of 15,000 people, and they've been performing to thousands of people ever since!

Q: How many people are in the band?
A: The Mud Dogs are a 4 piece band, although we have additional players available if needed.

Q: Do I need to rent staging for the band?
A: No, staging is not required.

Q: What about sound and lighting equipment rentals?
A: The Mud Dogs have access to full sound and lighting production when needed. Don't worry about calling another production company, we can take care of everything you need right here.

Q: Do the Mud Dogs take requests?
A: Yes! The Mud Dogs currently have a song list of 150+ and we're more than happy to play any of those songs at your request. If the band doesn't know the song, there's a good chance that we'll have it available on our DJ style sytstem that will be used during the band's breaks.

Q: How many breaks will the band take?
A: On a typical 4 hour show the band will take 3 X 20 minute breaks or 4 X 15 minute breaks. DJ music will be available free of charge during these breaks. You get the best of both worlds, a live band and a DJ!

Q: Can we customize the set list?
A: Yes! You can have as much input as you'd like in creating the setlist. Tell us if there are certain songs that you don't want to hear. Request lots or rock or lots of country, or maybe you want just want to tell us to keep the dance floor packed...Just let us know...When you hire the band, you're the boss!
