They say “We just started young.” Every time they take the stage there is an energy that is hard to duplicate. These guys love what they do, and it shows! What also shows is their talent and ability to keep the party going. John Federer said of this band “They really know how to connect with their audience, and they did a phenomenal job at our party.” Kevin Day said of Rhythm of the Nite “We have been doing this party for 6 years now and Rhythm of the Nite got the best crowd response and put on the best show to date!” Both John Federer and Kevin Day have already asked R.O.T.N. back for next year’s party

The band is built around the vocals of Greg Worzel and Liz Whittier, a brother and sister team who has obviously been singing together for a long time. Greg plays keys, left hand bass, and sings. You would swear there was a bass player. The rest of the band consists of a drummer (Wendell Smelser), a guitarist (Art Ruprecht) and a sax player (Aaron Girardo). Rhythm of the Nite is usually a 5 piece band, however, if the budget is tight, they can do anything from a solo (Greg W) all the way up to a 8 piece. Greg says that since he fills three roles (keys, bass, and lead vocals) his 5 piece band sounds like a 7 piece, so there is a lot of “band for the buck”. Rhythm of the Nite plays 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and today. It is rare to find a band as versatile as this. They have music for all occasions and will add tremendous energy and entertainment to your event.
